From the initial discussion we draft the scopes of the design work and start looking extensively into market, trends, context, ecosystems, user and consumer bases, and the technologies involved. We use storytelling and design thinking methods to define the touchpoints with stakehodlers.

IDEATE: FORMULATE CONCEPTUAL SOLUTIONS

From the insights we gathered during the research and the discussion we have with you about the findings, we formulate a strategy and start working on different high-level solutions paths. We usually try many directions and will get few rough outlines for you to pick from.

ITERATE: TRY, TEST AND REFINE

We establish the direction for the project and work on creating the first version of the project deliverable. Those need to be tested with the client team, potential market and users, then will most likely be refined many times before production.

IMPLEMENT: BRING SOLUTIONS TO MARKET

Whether we talk about building, printing, developing, we follow the development of the deliverable with the production team and selected suppliers, help to modifiy things if any roadblock comes up, and overall make sure that things stay on track!
